About the Role

This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who excel in strategic planning, project management, and team coordination. As a Fractional Chief of Staff, you will work with various clients to enhance their operational efficiency, facilitate strategic initiatives, and optimize their executive processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CEOs, Founders and executive teams by managing key projects and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that inform executive decision-making.
  • Manage workflows and ensure that priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance business performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, representing executive leadership in meetings when necessary.
  • Has a knack for excellent power points and creation of decks

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
  • Strategy Management Consulting experience is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or a similar role, with proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a fractional or consultancy environment is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work on multiple assignments and adapt to various organizational cultures.
